Special Director’s Festival Manual explaining the event
Registration of two (2) separate divisions of your choice to be adjudicated in the festival (prices for extra divisions available)
A private warm-up room for one hour prior to your performance
One full hour on stage for your adjudication
Three judges present for your performance
Special musical clinic workshop conducted by the adjudicators on stage with you and your group.
Adjudications may or may not be rated according to your choice.
Extensive list of instruments included on stage: 4 tympani, a concert bass drum, chimes, xylophone, a piano, music stands and chairs.
Standard Choral risers for Choral groups
Judges recorded vocal tapes during your performance along with written comment sheets
One elegant awards plaque per performing group with your groups name and division engraved on it
