Is there more to my festival?

Of course there is! When you book your trip you may ask your travel coordinator to schedule a special public performance at the destination you have selected. These performances may be at a variety of different venues depending on your group. A special performance form will be sent to you asking for your preferences.

The Rhythms International staff will make all the pre-concert arrangements for your performance including publicity and preparing a performance program when required. Rhythms will be present to assist with all the arrangements while on site.

There is no charge for a special performance unless you require equipment or instruments which are available at a nominal cost depending upon what you require. Some of the special performance opportunities possible would be:

• A local school with student exchange afterward
• A retirement home
• A local church (concert format)
• Performance during a mass or celebration
• A public Mall
• Performance for local dignitaries
• Performance at a local sports game
• Performance & Participation at local event

The above are but a few of the possibilities depending on your destination and time of travel. The final selection will be submitted when you select you trip. We will be in contact with you to establish the final performance details. We will need a bio on your group along with your repertoire to submit to the performance site.
