Having worked with many groups over the past 20+ years we know that festival dates do not always coincide with your calendar. Since this is often times the case we have created a Private Festival Program. This enables you, the director, to select YOUR destination and YOUR dates which best meet YOUR needs.

Since our adjudicators are from all over the United States, Canada and even Europe we are capable of offering you the same fine quality adjudications and clinics within a tailor-made package that meet your group’s requirements.

When you contact your travel coordinator, all you need to do is specify the destination which interests your group. They will put the necessary travel package together and we at Rhythms International will make the required arrangements for your private performances.

Semi-Formal Banquet fun for all!

Arrangements will be made at a local college, school or university, and have what you need on site. Private Rhythms International adjudicators, carefully selected for your group will be scheduled for the event. The same inclusions as a regular festival will be included. The only exception would be that the awards would be presented at a semi-formal dinner pre-arranged at a local theme restaurant.

The cost for these private festivals will be determined according to your destination and will be quoted on by you agent who will work with you to match your budget.
